How far in advance should I book your services?
The sooner the better! We book 6 months to a year in advance, so reserve your spot as early as you can.
I'm concerned about COVID’s impact on our wedding plans, what's your rescheduling/cancellation policy?
COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on brides and their vendors. We are very flexible with the circumstances. If we are available for the new scheduled date, the retainer and any payments made will be transferred to that new date. If canceling, refunds of retainers will not be made.
How do I schedule a trial?
We recommend scheduling your trial (via email) for at least a month before your wedding date, but some brides prefer to complete theirs up to six months out. Just let us know your preference. You are welcome to use your trial for your Bridals!
Can I book both myself (bride) and the bridal party? Can I JUST book your services for bride, not bridal party?
We typically provide services for the bride and her bridal party of four or more. However, we book smaller parties on a case-by-case basis—please contact us to discuss your needs!
Do you have experience with different ethnicities?
Absolutely! All of our stylists are well equipped with products and proper training for all ethnicities!
What is your hygiene process for makeup and hair?
We always wash our hands once we arrive at your location and prior to beginning services. We arrive with clean brushes and tools and always make sure to sanitize with alcohol before and after each makeup application. We use disposal material (mascara wands, makeup remover, etc.) when necessary and sanitize each tool with alcohol (hair tools, brushes, combs, makeup spatulas + trays, etc.) regularly.
Do you prefer our hair to be clean or dirty?
You know your hair best. We prefer clean hair over dirty, but ask that you make your best judgement. A day old would be ideal!
